Thursday March 1st 2017 was Kyle Wahlquist’s first official visit to Hillcrest Lodge since taking on the honor of serving as District Deputy Grand Master of Masonic District 14-B. This was a special visit for Brother Wahlquist, as Hillcrest is not only his Mother Lodge, but he is also a Past Master of Hillcrest, and current sitting Chaplain, among other committee roles he contributes to.
The meeting was well attended by both members and visiting guests from other Masonic Lodges around the DFW metroplex. Guests attended from as far as Allen and Tarrant County. The District Education Officer, Christopher Livingston, gave a fantastic educational presentation on a very specific part within our degrees, which was enlightening for all, and was very well received. It is always interesting to get a new, deeper understanding, of our Masonic Ritual.
Below is the photo of most of the attendees. Brother Jeff Haven from Knox Corinthian Lodge was the photographer and is not pictured.
