Freemasonry Dallas – Hillcrest Masonic Lodge #1318 is a Freemason lodge in Dallas, Texas.
Est. 1949, Hillcrest Masonic Lodge was started as the premier masonic lodge for SMU students, faculty and alumni. Over the past 60 plus years Hillcrest has expanded beyond its initial audience, including members of most walks of life, it continues to keep ties with SMU and is a staple of Freemasonry in Dallas TX.
In addition to our members receiving rites that date back prior to the 17th century, Hillcrest Lodge’s mentorship program takes men of good nature and provides them with insight into American and Texas histories that are not easily researched elsewhere. Our members are avid supporters of the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, TX, the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, and the Children’s Hospital in Plano, as well as other educational endeavors, including yearly scholarships.
