2. Services

Dallas Freemasonry Commerce payment system is a portal to PayPal secure payment system which is monitored by the administration of Hillcrest Lodge. All payments will be received directly by Hillcrest Lodge. You, as a current member of Hillcrest Lodge, are eligible to use this service to pay your yearly dues for the purpose of staying current and in good standing.

3. Fees

Above the standard, voted and approved dues fees for the year of submission, you will be obligated to pay a standard “service fee” or “convenience fee” for using the online payment system. This fee is to cover Hillcrest Lodges expenses to the payment gateway, and responsibility of the fee is transferred to you as your responsibility. If you do not desire to pay for additional fees above and beyond the standard yearly dues rate, you are free to submit payment via check directly to the lodge secretary. Dallas Freemasonry reserves the right to change the service or convenience fees at any time in order to adjust for payment gateway and administration needs.

4. Dues Payment

By submitting payment for Hillcrest Lodge #1318 2013 Dues, you are signifying that you are a current member in good standing with Hillcrest Lodge and are eligible for online payment of dues. This payment will then reflect your dues for the 2013 year, and such will be recorded by the secretary of Hillcrest Lodge. Your dues card will be sent by mail as it is received to Hillcrest Lodge by the Grand Lodge of Texas AF&AM.

5. Ineligible Hillcrest Members

If you are a member of Hillcrest Lodge and are not current in your dues, this payment will not suffice in bringing you up to date or in good standing with the lodge. You will need to contact the lodge secretary at secretary@dallasfreemasonry.org to assist you with the remainder of your payment owed, and bringing you back into good standing with Hillcrest Lodge.

6. Ineligible Non-Hillcrest Members

If you are not a member of Hillcrest Lodge or the fraternity of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons in general, submitting this payment does not entitle you to membership. Your payment will be recognized as a contribution to Hillcrest Lodge and will not be eligible for refund. You will not be recorded as a member of Hillcrest Lodge, nor will this contribution be used for preferential treatment if looking to become a member. If looking to become a freemason, please contact info@dallasfreemasonry.org
