Hillcrest’s annual holiday party took place on December 13 at the home of Worshipful Master Jake Golvach and his wife Holly.
In addition to the usual Christmas cheer, cards were signed by Lodge members and their guests to support our charity effort to adopt the Renaissance at Kessler Park.
The Renaissance is a retirement and assisted living facility in Oak Cliff that also provides medical nursing service for seniors with serious illnesses or disabilities. Many of the residents find themselves alone, without family during the holidays. Some simply require basic clothing or sundry items. The cards were delivered along with items the Lodge purchased from the Center’s wish list to help bring a little seasonal joy to the Center’s members.
Thank you to everyone that enabled Hillcrest Lodge to help so many needy and deserving Seniors!
