Every year in the Fall the brethren of Hillcrest Lodge get together to participate in The Fantastic Teeth Club. We assemble dental hygiene kits designed for first graders that include a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and fun educational materials. While it does take some work, it is a rewarding evening of fellowship and fun for all.
The Fantastic Teeth Fan Club was created by the Masonic Children & Family Services of Texas to help children and parents learn about proper dental care. Since The Fantastic Teeth Fan Club began as a pilot program of Masonic Home and School of Texas in the spring of 2010, thousands upon thousands of children across Texas have received free preventative tooth decay kits through these efforts.
The Fantastic Teeth Fan Club relies on the support of Masonic Lodges like Hillcrest Masonic Lodge #1318 in Dallas to make a real difference in the lives of young children in our community.
This year Hillcrest Lodge #1318 sponsored the program for four different elementary schools in the Dallas area, assembling hundreds of fantastic teeth kits that we will deliver to children of those schools.
